From 2FAS

2FAS exports a single file. Vault2FA opens it, password-protected or not.

Short version: Export to file, open it. One minute.

Steps

  1. Export

    2FAS → Settings → Backup → Export to file. You can set a password; Vault2FA can open either kind. Save to Files or share it to yourself.

  2. Import

    Vault2FA → + → Import from another app → Choose export file. Pick the .2fas file. If it's password-protected you'll be asked for the password.

  3. Review and import

    Steam and counter-based entries come across with their type intact. Anything already on the phone is skipped.

  4. Turn off 2FAS cloud backup

    If you used 2FAS's iCloud or Google Drive backup, disable it and delete the backup so the seeds don't linger there.

Afterwards

Make an encrypted backup (Settings → Backup) before you delete the old app, and check the support page if a code is rejected — it is nearly always the phone's clock.
